Our 4th Annual "Angels on Course" Golf Outing & Dinner was held on Sunday, September 12, 2004 at the beautiful Atlantic Country Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of the volunteers, sponsors, contributors and  players who helped raise money to provide grants for several worthy indivuduals.
